“The Dynamics of Elder Abuse” presentation at CUTPL

Nelson Chipman, sitting Marshall County Prosecutor, will be at the Culver-Union Township Public Library on Saturday, September 26^th at 10:00 AM in the large meeting room for a program focusing on the detection and, hopefully, the prevention of elder abuse. Nelson will share his research on the topic with the community in the hopes of raising public awareness and reaching out to warn potential victims.  Nelson asks that you remember these two numbers: 10,000 and 70.  He will tell you the significance of those numbers at the beginning of his presentation.
